Prices and Rental Conditions

We have 3 rental seasons - low, medium and high:

Low season: November to March

Mid season: April, May, June and October

Peak season: July, August and September

Low season: 495 Euro per week

Mid season: 695 Euro per week

Peak season: 975 Euro per week

Rental prices include final cleaning, pellet fuel for the pellet burning stove, electricity, gas, TV,

water and Wifi.

Low season: 395 Euro per week

Mid season: 575 Euro per week

Special winter discount - Book three weeks and automatically receive an additional fourth week free of charge.

If you book more than four weeks at the same time you will receive the discount (25% off) across the entire booking.

minimum rental period: 1 week (deviations possible in low season)
check-in on the day of arrival 15:00, check-out 10:00. This can be deviated from by arrangement.
To guarantee your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the rental price by bank transfer. This validates the booking. The remaining amount must be paid in cash on arrival.
rental of children's set (chair, bed, bath and toilet seat reducer): 20 Euro
bicycles for rent: 10 Euro/day per bike incl. helmet (1 week: 50 Euro), deposit: 50 Euro
Roof terrace and mini pool are available to guests of Casa Flor de Sal.
